ServiceOntario locations, hours and contact
Find out which ServiceOntario locations are open and what services are available when you visit.
During the Canada Post strike, you may submit documents or receipts for the following programs at select ServiceOntario locations:
- Assistive Devices Program
- Healthy Smiles Ontario
- Northern Health Travel Grant
- Ontario Public Drug Programs
- Trillium Drug Program
- Seniors Co-Payment Program
- Ontario Drug Benefit
- Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program
To find a participating location, under the “Service(s) you need” drop-down menu, select “Submit/drop-off your application or receipts”.

Find a ServiceOntario location
Search for a ServiceOntario location that offers the services you need or view a list of all locations.
For example, “renew driver’s licence”, “get an Ontario Photo Card”

- check if your service is available online and give it a try
- ensure the location is open and offers the service you need
Request accessibility accommodation
ServiceOntario is committed to ensuring our services are accessible.
If you are not sure that the type of accommodation you need is available, please follow the steps below:
- Check to see if the accessible feature is listed at your location

This is a scam. ServiceOntario never contacts customers asking for their social insurance number (SIN). You should:
- report the incident to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501
- inform your local police service
